Is Nesquik Chocolate Milk healthy or not?

Do you think Nesquik chocolate should be a treat or not?  I believe it definitely should be and here are the reasons why…
Sugar

The limit to be healthy is 10 grams of sugar. Nesquik has 21 grams of sugar. So that is two times over the limit to be healthy. So i would recommend having under 10 grams of sugar. Your body does need carbohydrates, which are broken down into sugar in your body.

Fat

This chocolate nesquik milk has 28 grams of fat in total that is over the limit of 10 grams of fat so that is very bad so that's unhealthy. Yes, it does. Dietary fats are essential to give your body energy and to support cell growth.

Sodium

Sodium is good for you only if its got under 400 mg. Sodium helps keep the water (the amount of fluid inside and outside the body's cells) and electrolyte balance of the body. Sodium is also important in how nerves and muscles work.

So therefore I think this product should be only taken as a treat
